Job description

• Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications. • • Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code. • • Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules. • • Solid skillset in testing & debugging. • • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems. • • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team; good communication skills. • • • Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code. • • Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems: latency, throughput, etc. • • Familiarity with advanced networking concepts. • • Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech.
