Fortinet: FortiGate Firewall Configuration, Security Policies, VPN, and Troubleshooting. F5: BIG-IP, LTM, and Load Balancing. Palo Alto: Firewall Administration, Security Policies, and NAT. Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Network Troubleshooting. L2/L3 Support: Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis. Mandatory Skills • Fortinet: FortiGate Firewall Administration, Configuration, VPN, and Troubleshooting. • F5: BIG-IP, LTM, and Load Balancing. • Palo Alto: Firewall Administration, Security Policies, and NAT. • Networking: TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Network Troubleshooting. • Support: L2/L3 Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis. • Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet, F5, and Palo Alto technologies. • L2/L3-level expertise in network security operations and troubleshooting. • Good knowledge of firewall administration, VPN, security policies, and load balancing. • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols. • Experience handling complex incidents, root cause analysis, and network security infrastructure. • Banking sector experience is preferred. • Immediate joiners only.
