Senior MEP Technician (Residential, HVAC Focus)

A British-managed property maintenance company in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a hands-on Senior MEP Technician to lead our residential work. We look after villas and apartments across RAK. Al Hamra Village is our core market, and around 80% of your work will be there. Most of it comes through annual maintenance contracts, with a lot of AC work: servicing, repairs and full deep cleans, where units are stripped down and properly cleaned. We also deliver residential fit-out and refurbishment projects, and we're bringing the technical MEP work on these projects in-house. This is a broad, hands-on role in a growing business. You'll be on the tools every day, working to a very high standard of service, and leading day-rate and visiting staff on larger jobs as the team grows. • Carry out AC servicing, repairs, fault-finding and deep cleans in villas and apartments • Deliver electrical and plumbing works on residential fit-out and refurbishment projects • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance under annual maintenance contracts • Explain findings clearly to customers and keep management updated on every job • Supervise and guide supporting technicians on larger jobs • Help source materials and parts through your own supplier contacts where needed • Support other services as the business grows, including window cleaning • Keep job records, photos and materials lists accurate Essential: • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • 5+ years hands-on MEP maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE • Strong AC background: split and ducted systems, servicing, diagnostics and repairs • Good spoken and written English, confident dealing directly with homeowners • Valid UAE driving licence • Currently in the UAE and able to start by early December • Living in or near Al Hamra Village, or willing to relocate close by Preferred: • Residential villa or apartment maintenance experience • Experience with AC deep cleaning • Good network of suppliers in RAK or the Northern Emirates • General finishing skills such as tiling and plastering • Experience leading a small team Package: AED 5,000 to 6,500 per month, all-inclusive.
