Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist

**Plant Operations Overview** Operating out of our Al Saada City facility in Salalah, Thach Hien is bringing on a **Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist** to supervise our industrial mineral processing, micronization, and fine powder production lines. Reporting to plant management, this role focuses on scaling continuous milling efficiency, maintaining precise particle size distribution (PSD), and enforcing ISO\-compliant quality controls across our active chemical and material supply operations. **Core Responsibilities** * **Milling \& Process Control:** Oversee ultra\-fine grinding, classifier adjustments, and pneumatic transport systems to hit exact mesh and micron specifications (CaCO3, kaolin, and industrial additives). * **Throughput \& Yield Optimization:** Monitor equipment cycle times, power consumption, and feeder rates to maximize daily tonnage output while minimizing material degradation and waste. * **ISO Quality Governance:** Coordinate with laboratory technicians to conduct statistical process control (SPC) checks, moisture analysis, and whiteness/brightness testing in line with ISO 9001 standards. * **Maintenance \& Equipment Hardening:** Partner with plant mechanical/electrical teams to minimize downtime on high\-capacity mills, air classifiers, and packaging automation systems. * **SOP \& Safety Enforcement:** Standardize production operating protocols, safety guidelines, and dust management controls across all processing bays. **Technical Profile** * **Field Credentials:** 5\+ years of hands\-on process engineering experience in industrial mineral processing, dry/wet fine grinding, chemical manufacturing, or powder technology. * **Equipment \& Tech Command:** Deep operational understanding of fine\-grinding mills, air classification systems, particle size analysis equipment (e.g., laser diffraction), and automated bulk packaging lines. * **Methodologies:** Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, root\-cause troubleshooting (5 Whys/Fishbone), and statistical quality control. * **Academic Background:** Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * **Location:** Based in Oman with immediate availability to work full\-time on\-site at Building 105 in Al Saada City, Salalah. **Submission** Qualified process and industrial engineers are invited to forward an updated CV detailing their experience in chemical/mineral plant operations, micronization systems, and production throughput management. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٦٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
