**Senior Fintech Systems Engineer** **Payper Jump** \| Building 12, 23 July Street, Salalah, Oman **Monthly Salary:** OMR 1,750 **Overview** Payper Jump is hiring a Senior Fintech Systems Engineer to support our core financial tech stack at our Salalah location on 23 July Street. This role focuses on engineering high\-availability payment processing backends, securing financial transaction pipelines, and integrating real\-time banking APIs to keep platform operations running smoothly. **What You’ll Do** * **System Architecture:** Build, optimize, and maintain secure server systems designed for high\-volume payment processing and low\-latency financial transactions. * **API \& Banking Integrations:** Develop and scale REST/GraphQL APIs connecting our platform with regional payment gateways, digital wallets, and core banking networks. * **Security \& Compliance:** Implement end\-to\-end data encryption, tokenization, and access controls to ensure adherence to PCI\-DSS and Central Bank of Oman cybersecurity guidelines. * **System Health \& Reliability:** Monitor pipeline throughput, perform stress testing, and maintain active\-active failover systems to guarantee maximum platform uptime. * **Technical Optimization:** Refactor backend codebases, tune database queries, and automate CI/CD deployments for frictionless release cycles. **What We’re Looking For** * **Experience:** 5\+ years in backend development or systems engineering within fintech, payment processing, or digital banking. * **Core Tech:** Hands\-on mastery of languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java, paired with deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis). * **Security \& Protocols:** Solid grasp of financial security architecture, OAuth2, cryptographic standards, and microservices design. * **Location:** Currently residing in Oman with immediate availability to work on\-site in Salalah. **How to Apply** Forward your CV along with a link to your GitHub, technical portfolio, or details on high\-scale financial systems you have built. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٧٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
