Senior Manager – Mechanical - Emiratisation

We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Mechanical | Dubai, UAE - Emiratisation Emiratisation Emiratisation Emiratisation Talent Tide is hiring a client-side Senior Manager – Mechanical for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. You'll lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments, from concept to handover. What you'll do: Review and manage mechanical designs from concept through tender and construction Manage MEP consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers Lead approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD and DEWA Provide technical input on tenders, contractor selection and pre-award activities Review shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs Lead testing, commissioning and handover across several projects at once What we're looking for: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering 12+ years of experience, with strong UAE/GCC exposure Hands-on depth in HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage and firefighting 3–4+ years of design consultancy or design-review experience, plus solid contracting experience End-to-end delivery from concept through handover Currently based in the UAE Developer-side experience is preferred. Strong MEP contractor candidates with good design-management exposure will also be considered.
