Senior IT Engineer - Executive Level

• Provide IT and desktop support to senior executives, VIP users, and top management. • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, software, hardware, and network issues. • Support Windows OS, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other IT applications. • Handle IT incidents, service requests, installations, and configurations. • Provide onsite and remote technical support with minimal downtime. • Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. • Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service. • Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, End User Support, or Executive/VIP IT Support. • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, hardware, software, and basic networking. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional appearance, presentation, and ability to interact confidently with senior management. • Ability to handle confidential information and urgent IT issues. • Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.
