Ciaurriz is hiring a Senior Corporate Governance Specialist to lead compliance, risk oversight, and governance frameworks at Building 150, Al Haffa Market, Salalah. Compensation: OMR 1,750 per month Location: Building 150, Al Haffa Market, Salalah (Full\-time / On\-site) Primary Responsibilities \* Develop, maintain, and update corporate governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance policies in line with Omani regulations. \* Advise the executive leadership team on regulatory changes, board protocols, risk mitigation strategies, and corporate reporting. \* Prepare governance documentation, board meeting agendas, compliance audits, and statutory filings. \* Monitor risk management procedures across operations, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective controls. Requirements \* 6\+ years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, or enterprise risk management in the GCC. \* Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. \* In\-depth knowledge of Omani commercial laws, corporate governance codes, and regulatory reporting standards. \* Based in Oman and available for full\-time on\-site work in Salalah.
