Senior Tourism Operations Strategist

**Elov Tour and Travel** is looking for a **Senior Tourism Operations Strategist** to step in and run our travel and hospitality operations out of **Building 135, Al Saada West, Salalah**. This is a full\-time, on\-site position paying **OMR 1,500 monthly**. We need someone who knows how to build travel itineraries, manage regional tour logistics, scale tourism packages, and handle partner relations across the Dhofar Governorate. You will be responsible for streamlining our daily operations, coordinating with local hospitality vendors, and improving our overall client experience from start to finish. To fit this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in tourism management, hospitality operations, or travel agency strategy. You need to be sharp with logistics, great at managing teams, and currently based in Oman so you can report on\-site in Salalah daily.
