You own the quality, the consistency, and the experience it creates for every guest who walks in. EXPERIENCE • 2-3 years of experience as a barista in a quality-focused, high-volume environment. • Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brew methods, and coffee origins. • English is a must. French or another language, even better. IMPACTS Craft & Coffee Knowledge: Beans, origins, brew methods, milk texture - you know your craft inside out and deliver it to the same standard, every cup, every service. Efficiency & Standards: You move fast during peak service without cutting corners. You keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and compliant at all times. Guest Interaction: You engage naturally, share your passion for coffee without lecturing, and make every guest feel like they made the right choice.
