Bar Manager

You own everything in the glass at Le Caf LPM - from the morning coffee to the last cocktail of the night. You shape the offer, evolve it with intention, and make sure it feels unmistakably us. An honest list, fairly priced, executed with precision. A team that loves what they do and shows it. Someone who has led a Bar programme in a high-volume, guest-facing environment. All-day dining or lifestyle restaurant experience is a strong advantage. A natural federator - someone who brings the bar, the floor, and the kitchen together around the drink. Commercially sharp without letting the numbers flatten the experience. English written and spoken is a must. Arabic is a genuine advantage.
