Senior Architectural Draughtsman

• Preparation of concept and preliminary design drawings. • Preparation of detailed architectural drawings and Municipal submission drawings. • Interfacing and coordination between Structural/Civil/Interiors/Electrical and Mechanical and other services disciplines, and with Architects, Project Managers and all other concerned on a regular basis. • All other works related to regular design development and coordination. • To carry out QA/QC of drawings and ensure project-specific standards/requirements are followed. • Ensure quality objectives of the department and their proper implementation. • To document any customer complaints and take action to ensure that they are effectively closed as per the Customer Complaint Handling process. • Awareness of objectives, IMS policies (including ISMS, Sustainability, Energy Management, etc.), benefits of following the established Management System, and implications of non-compliance. • Awareness of significant environmental aspects and work-related occupational hazards. • Incident reporting to the OHS team in case of any incidents. • Engaging and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness and improvement of the Management Systems. • Recording and reporting information security incidents. • Awareness and understanding of NDA requirements; where applicable, signed NDAs and records are maintained for the projects involved. Qualifications: Diploma in Architecture/Civil Draughting. Specialized trainings required (if any): ACAD/MicroStation/Revit/3DS MAX, PowerPoint (Preferred) Should have awareness of information security requirements and controls. Number of years of experience: -6 to 10 years
