Senior Accountant

• Manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Handle project accounting and maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare and process client invoices and follow up on collections. • Process supplier payments against engineer certifications and completion certificates. • Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities. • Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns in accordance with UAE tax regulations. • Maintain supporting documentation for audits, payments, and project transactions. • Coordinate with project, procurement, management, and finance teams as required. • Ensure accurate and timely billing, payment processing, and financial compliance. • CA Intermediate / CMA (India) / CFA Level 1 or 2 with approximately 3–4 years of Accounts & Finance experience , OR • BCom with 10+ years of relevant experience . • Strong hands-on experience in general accounting, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and project accounting. • Good knowledge of UAE VAT requirements and quarterly VAT filing. • Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Fluency in English and Hindi preferred. • Experience in contracting, fit-out, construction, or project-based businesses will be an advantage.
