Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer & Modelling Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer & Modelling Specialist with strong expertise in architectural and interior 3D modelling, custom furniture and joinery modelling, and ultra-photorealistic rendering. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design team to develop detailed 3D models and high-quality visualizations while accommodating ongoing design updates and revisions. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate and detailed architectural and interior 3D models from design drawings and references. Create custom furniture, joinery, reception counters, workstations, meeting tables, decorative elements, and other bespoke interior features. Produce high-quality photorealistic renders using advanced lighting, materials, and textures. Recreate furniture and design elements from reference images when ready-made models are unavailable. Continuously update models and visualizations in line with design revisions. Coordinate regularly with the design team and attend meetings when required. Maintain organized, editable project files and assets. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D interior models and producing high-quality photorealistic renders of offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, workstations, and other interior spaces. The role requires close collaboration with the design team and the ability to accommodate ongoing design revisions throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces from drawings and design information. Create custom furniture, joinery, and interior elements. Produce ultra-realistic interior renderings using Corona Renderer or V-Ray. Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and finishes. Update models and renders based on design revisions. Maintain organized and editable project files. Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in interior visualization and 3D modelling. Expert proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer/V-Ray. Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic interior renders and custom modelling work. Experience with premium corporate, hospitality, residential, or commercial interiors. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Must be based in Dubai or Sharjah. Own workstation and rendering hardware required. Deliverables Complete 3D interior models. Custom furniture and joinery models. High-resolution photorealistic renders. Editable source files, textures, and project assets.
