Key Requirements: Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Hands-on experience in payroll configuration, implementation, and support Experience working with GCC country payroll processes is mandatory Good understanding of Employee Central integration with ECP Ability to interact with business stakeholders and gather requirements Experience in payroll testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support Prior onsite experience in GCC countries Strong communication and client-facing skills Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Duration: 1 Year Work Model: 6 Months Onsite (Riyadh) + 6 Months Remote (India)
