Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Female Salon Supervisor** to oversee daily salon operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations. * Manage and monitor salon staff and work schedules. * Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. * Monitor staff performance and ensure salon policies are followed. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards. * Coordinate appointments and support smooth salon operations. * Assist management with day\-to\-day administrative and operational tasks. Requirements * **Previous salon experience is mandatory.** * Previous experience in a **supervisory or senior salon role** is preferred. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership and team\-management abilities. * Customer\-service oriented and professional. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced salon environment.
