Ladies Salon Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused **Salon Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our ladies’ hair salon. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the salon, managing appointments, coordinating staff, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring the salon operates according to company standards. The ideal candidate should be organized, presentable, proactive, and capable of handling customers and staff professionally in a busy salon environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Salon Operations** * Supervise the daily operations of the salon and ensure everything runs smoothly. * Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard. * Monitor the availability of salon products, tools, and supplies. * Ensure all salon policies, procedures, and service standards are followed. * Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and issues. **Appointments \& Customer Management** * Manage and coordinate daily customer appointments and bookings. * Answer customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment inquiries. * Confirm appointments and follow up with customers when required. * Organize the appointment schedule to maximize staff productivity and minimize waiting time. * Handle walk\-in customers and allocate them to the appropriate hairdresser or stylist. * Welcome customers and ensure they receive a professional and pleasant experience. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. **Staff Supervision** * Supervise hairdressers and salon staff during daily operations. * Organize staff schedules, shifts, and days off. * Allocate customers to staff according to their skills and availability. * Monitor staff performance, punctuality, appearance, and customer service. * Ensure staff maintain professional standards and follow salon procedures. * Assist in training and coaching staff when required.
