Sales Supervisor - Carpentry

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed carpentry product sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for carpentry materials and services, identifying new market opportunities. • Conduct regular product training sessions for the sales team, ensuring deep knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and applications. • Manage customer relationships, providing expert advice on carpentry projects and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in interior joinery and carpentry work. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior fit-out, joinery works, and the ability to read and manage design drawings effectively. • Sales & Estimations: Capable of visiting clients independently, understanding their requirements, and preparing accurate project quotations. • Skills: Excellent team supervision, project management, and communication skills. • Languages: English and Hindi are required (Arabic an advantage). • Nationality: Indian nationals preferred. • License: A valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
