Sales Specialist

Coordinate daily sales activities with independent retailers, resellers & other B2B accounts Make daily market visits to provide competitor benchmark & customer feedback to stay ahead in the market Identify, develop new leads; consistent follow-ups in sales & merchandise execution Drive sell-in & sell-out performance to achieve sales targets Partner with trade marketing, promotion activation plans in line with the brand strategy Monitor distributor, reseller, retailer performance daily & make collective action plan with stakeholders to achieve revenue targets We offer Fixed schedule Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company Constant interaction with global teams of professionals International career opportunities Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development Experience in consumer electronics, IT products, mobile accessories, or related categories is preferred Proven experience working with resellers, distributors, independent retailers, and B2B customers Good understanding of channel sales, sell-in and sell-out processes, and retail market dynamics Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Target-driven with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to business development Ability to conduct regular market and customer visits Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems Ability to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned market English proficiency is required; Malayalam and Hindi are preferred
