About the Role Smart Vision Technical Services LLC is seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Sales Representative** with experience in the **construction, interior, and fit\-out industry**. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong industry connections, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, interior, and fit\-out sectors. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients. * Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and market research. * Meet prospective clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions. * Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. * Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer service. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports. Requirements * Minimum **2–5 years of sales experience** in the construction, interior, or fit\-out industry. * Strong understanding of the Oman construction and fit\-out market. * Existing network with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers is highly preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Valid Oman driving license is preferred. * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
