Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations/test drives. Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and warranty options. Prepare quotations and negotiate sales within company guidelines. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and complete all required documentation. Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on new vehicle models, promotions, and competitor activities.
