**URGENT HIRING!!** **Position: Female Sales Executive – Luxury Watches** **Location:** Sohar, Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-Time / Permanent **About the Role** We are looking for a passionate and customer\-oriented **Female Sales Executive (Native Arabic Speaker)** to join our luxury watch retail team in City Centre suhar\-Oman As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand and interact directly with customers every day. We believe in building relationships, understanding customer preferences, and providing a personalized shopping experience. Every customer who visits our store is valuable, whether they are making a purchase or exploring our collections. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watch models based on their preferences. * Provide detailed product knowledge, including watch features, collections, pricing, and brand information. * Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. * Deliver excellent customer service and build long\-term customer relationships. * Promote additional products through effective upselling techniques. * Maintain proper stock levels and ensure attractive product displays. * Handle sales transactions, billing, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. * Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. **Job Requirements:** * Female candidate, preferably a **Native Arabic Speaker**. * Minimum **2 years of retail sales experience**, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium brands. * Fluent in **Arabic and English** (both written and spoken). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service mindset with a target\-driven attitude. * Presentable, confident, and professional appearance. * Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package. * Sales incentives/commission based on performance. * Career growth opportunities in the luxury retail industry. **Interested candidates are invited to send their CV with a recent photo to ** Work Location: In person
