About the Role We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can support business growth by generating leads, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting our industrial chemicals, lubricants, and specialty products. This role blends sales engagement with strategic marketing, ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and creative commercial communication. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales-driven marketing campaigns to support product promotion and lead generation. Identify potential customers in manufacturing, logistics, oil & gas, and industrial sectors; support the sales team in prospecting and outreach. Prepare sales presentations, product sheets, quotations, and customer-specific marketing materials. Manage digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO) to attract new B2B clients. Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customers needs to support sales strategy. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to support repeat business and retention. Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with suppliers on joint promotions, product launches, and technical marketing content. Track sales and marketing performance and prepare monthly commercial reports for management. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 2- 5 years of combined sales and marketing experience, preferably in chemical trading, industrial products, or manufacturing. • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer engagement, and lead management. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva). • Ability to understand and communicate technical product information clearly. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer-facing events is an advantage.
