Job description

Requirements What we need from you • Eight to ten years in B2B enterprise sales with at least three years managing sellers directly, in SaaS, adtech, martech or data infrastructure. • A record of carrying and hitting a personal quota while managing a team, in the Gulf or wider EMEA. • Fluency in partner-led selling: you have sold alongside Google, Meta or similar platform teams and know how to convert their referrals. • Working knowledge of first-party data, conversions APIs, tagging and measurement, enough to run a discovery call without a solutions engineer. • Disciplined use of CRM and dashboards; you manage from the data, not the anecdote. • Comfortable using AI tools daily for research, preparation, drafting and analysis, and expecting your team to do the same. • Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage for the Gulf. Nice to have • Experience as a player-coach in a company below 100 people. • Prior work with Gulf enterprise groups in retail, telecom, travel, real estate or BFSI. • Exposure to South Africa or wider Africa sales, which this region also covers. Probably not a fit if • You want a pure management role with no personal number, or a pure IC role with no team. • You need a large marketing engine feeding you inbound; most of our pipeline is partner-sourced and you convert it.
