Sales Executive

• Promote car care services including PPF, ceramic coating, graphene coating, polishing, and automotive accessories. • Handle customer inquiries, explain services, and recommend suitable solutions. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into sales. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery. • Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly. • Support marketing activities and generate new customer leads. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude. • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or car care industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. • Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets and convert leads into sales. • Knowledge of automotive services such as PPF, ceramic coating, polishing, and car accessories is an advantage. • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. • Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
