Sales Executive

• Identify and approach potential customers for car care and automotive services. • Promote services such as PPF, Ceramic Coating, Graphene Coating, Polishing, Car Wrapping and Interior Upgrades. • Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-in visits. • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales. • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Maintain customer records and provide regular sales reports. • Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Good knowledge of automotive products and car care services is an advantage. • Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills. • Target-oriented with a positive attitude. • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
