SALES EXECUTIVE – LUXURY BESPOKE MENSWEAR

• Drive individual sales performance and consistently achieve monthly targets. • Conduct personalised styling consultations and confidently recommend suitable fabrics, garments and designs. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients. • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals and corporate connections. • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and existing clients to maximise sales conversions. • Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience from initial consultation through to final delivery. • Work closely with the tailoring and production teams to ensure accurate order details and client satisfaction. • Maintain a strong understanding of product collections, fabrics, fashion trends and competitor offerings. • Strong background in bespoke tailoring, made-to-measure clothing or luxury fashion. • Experience selling bespoke suits, shirts and tailored clothing preferred. • Strong background in premium/luxury fashion sales, preferably menswear, with excellent styling and product knowledge. • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. • Experience serving VIP, high-net-worth and corporate clients with excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance. • Ability to independently develop new client relationships, network and generate business opportunities. • Excellent English communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to work weekends, attend events and travel for exhibitions or trunk shows when required.
