Sales Associate -Luxury Retail

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences. • Understand customer needs and recommend products best suited to their requirements. • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques. • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales performance. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty. • Support new product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising activities. • Ensure stock availability and maintain store presentation standards. • Assist with CRM initiatives and customer follow-ups. • Coordinate after-sales service requirements with relevant teams. • Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records. • Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and operational standards. • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, watches, jewellery, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales and customer service orientation. • Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality. • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Good numerical and basic IT skills. • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
