Sales Executive

• Identify new lighting projects and potential clients across the UAE • Promote LAM architectural, decorative, commercial, and technical lighting solutions • Build relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and project owners • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and ongoing projects • Conduct client meetings and site visits when required • Coordinate with the LAM technical and quotation teams • Achieve agreed sales targets and close profitable projects • Previous experience in lighting equipment sales is essential • Good understanding of the UAE lighting and construction market • Existing network within the MEP, fit-out, contracting, architecture, or interior design sectors is preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales process • Target-driven, professional, and self-motivated • UAE driving licence and own vehicle What We Offer • Attractive commission structure • Flexible working arrangement • Technical, quotation, and project support from the LAM team • Opportunity to work with a growing lighting and Retail solutions company • Long-term cooperation based on performance
