Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics

GCC Cargo Service is hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai. Key responsibilities: • Develop new business and generate qualified leads for air, sea and road freight services. • Understand customers’ cargo, routes and service requirements and prepare suitable quotations. • Follow up enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into long-term accounts. • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely service. • Maintain sales activity, pipeline and customer records and work toward agreed targets. — العربية — تعلن شركة GCC Cargo Service في دبي عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول مبيعات. المهام الرئيسية: • تطوير أعمال جديدة واستقطاب عملاء لخدمات الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري. • فهم احتياجات العملاء ومسارات الشحن وإعداد عروض الأسعار المناسبة. • متابعة الاستفسارات والتفاوض وتحويل الفرص إلى حسابات مستمرة. • بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين. • التنسيق مع فريقي التسعير والعمليات لضمان دقة وسرعة الخدمة. • تحديث سجل نشاط المبيعات والعملاء والعمل لتحقيق الأهداف المتفق عليها. Requirements: • Previous sales experience in freight forwarding, cargo or logistics is required. • Good knowledge of the UAE logistics market and shipping processes. • Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills. • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. • Organized, proactive and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Employment: Full-time, onsite in Dubai.
