Job Title: Sales Executive – Banking (DSA / Credit Cards & Loans) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 2,050 to AED 5,000 per month (Based on experience) + High Incentives Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Description We are a reputed Direct Selling Agent (DSA) representing leading banks in the UAE. We are urgently looking for energetic, target-driven, and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: • Direct Sales: Identify, approach, and pitch financial products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans) to potential retail and corporate customers. • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and references. • Customer Advisory: Understand client financial needs and recommend the right banking products while ensuring excellent customer service. • Documentation: Collect accurate documentation from clients and ensure seamless coordination with the bank's credit team for smooth processing and approvals. • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management. Requirements & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE financial sector (Banking, DSA, Credit Cards, or Loans). • Location: Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately. • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage). • Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor field sales. • Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be given preference.
