Job Summary We are seeking a professional, friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist / Gym Receptionist to join a Wellness & Fitness Services / Health Club facility in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and prospective clients and will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional front-desk experience. The role involves handling enquiries, calls and messages, managing appointments and bookings, assisting members, maintaining accurate records, processing basic front-desk administration, and coordinating effectively with trainers and other team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer-service skills, good computer knowledge, a professional appearance, and the ability to work confidently in a busy wellness and fitness environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner. Manage front desk operations, bookings, appointments, and client enquiries Handle opening and closing preparations Maintain accurate client records and tracking. Manage and update bookings through online platforms such as Mindbody. Handle basic administrative and computer-related tasks. Prepare drinks for clients, if required. Requirements Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail. Experience with Mindbody or similar booking platforms is an advantage, but willingness to learn is acceptable. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
