• Greet and welcome clients warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter the studio. • Manage class bookings and schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of studio resources. • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about classes, schedules, and pricing. • Process payments for classes, memberships, and retail items using the studio's POS system with precision. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces, reflecting the studio's serene ambiance. • Liaise with instructors to confirm class schedules, attendance, and any special client needs. • Support marketing efforts by distributing flyers, updating social media boards, and assisting with event coordination. • Address and resolve client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate client records and manage membership databases with attention to detail and confidentiality. • A calm, patient, and empathetic demeanor, embodying the mindful ethos of the studio. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment. • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage for communication in Dubai. • A proactive and responsible attitude, with a genuine passion for promoting well-being.
