• Cultivate and expand a robust client base within the maritime industry, focusing on ship owners, operators, and shipyards to drive sales of marine spare parts. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth for specialized marine components. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and industry connections to secure profitable deals. • Provide expert technical consultation to clients, understanding their specific vessel requirements and recommending optimal spare part solutions. • Bachelor's degree Engineering, or Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 0-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the marine spare parts or equipment industry. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment. • In-depth knowledge of marine engines, propulsion systems, and common spare parts required for various vessel types.
