Sales Engineer - Electrical Division

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Years of Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience. Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken). We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join the Electrical Division in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on developing business opportunities and promoting electrical systems and solutions for clients across industrial, power, utilities, and oil & gas industries in the UAE . Key Requirements • 5 8 years of sales experience in the UAE within electrical systems and solutions, such as: AC/DC systems, Industrial batteries (NI-CD, Lead Acid), generator control panels, protection relays, transformers, substations etc. • Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution and control systems . Preferred Qualifications • Successful completion of the General Electrical Engineer Assessment Exam by TAQA . • Valid UAE driving license. Other Qualifications • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong customer relationship management skills. • Commercial awareness and ability to understand client requirements. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the electrical sector. • Promote and sell electrical products, systems, and engineered solutions to clients across relevant industries. • Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate the development of suitable solutions. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors. • Work closely with division management, marketing, and proposal engineers to develop client-specific engineered solutions. • Support the preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial proposals. • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. • Support business development and sales growth within the Electrical Division. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
