Sales Coordinator

• Capture and update all sales enquiries received from the field, showroom, calls, WhatsApp and emails, ensuring every enquiry is properly recorded and tracked. • Coordinate closely with the sales team on pending enquiries, quotations, pricing and customer requirements, with regular follow-up until closure or a clear outcome is received. • Work productively with the Procurement team for product availability, sourcing, pricing and special requirements to support faster response to customers. • Maintain clear visibility of Completed, WIP, Pending and Regret enquiries, and highlight ageing or unattended cases for timely action. • Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring enquiries are responded to quickly, follow-ups are completed and internal delays are minimized. • Maintain good working knowledge of RADTRADE products and brands, and be capable of quickly understanding customer requirements and identifying the most suitable product or solution. • Analyse recurring market enquiries, product demand, price issues, stock gaps and customer requirements, and provide useful market feedback to the sales and management teams. • Prepare simple daily and periodic reports on enquiries, quotations, pending cases, sales support activities and key market observations for management review. • Act as an effective coordination link between Sales, Showroom, Procurement and Management to ensure smooth information flow and faster business conversion. • Strong follow-up and coordination • Good product understanding • Sales and procurement coordination • Commercial awareness • Clear communication • Enquiry and data management • Basic Excel / Google Sheets reporting • Problem-solving and quick decision support • Attention to detail • Target and closure orientation
