Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers by providing technical assistance, entertaining and frequent personal contact with customers Develop and present proposals to clients Define, monitor, and control production projects Update the proposal log Develop customized coating solutions in coordination with RTSD Review clients tender documents/isometrics drawings and specifications Develop techno-commercial proposals for clients Stay abreast of competitors products and services and assist in developing market and pricing strategy Obtain raw material prices from suppliers for costing purposes Generate material forecast needs documents Coordinate review of project requirements and specifications with other departments Arrange with concerned departments for production scheduling Monitor Operations and delivery time per project Other duties as assigned Requirements: Education : Bachelor s degree in the field of business administration or equivalent. Experience : Entry-level (0-3 years of experience) Language : Fluency in English Skills: Team building Strategic direction Negotiation skills Verbal and written communication Planning and organization Time management
