Sales Coordinator

• Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals. • Maintain quotation records for assigned Sales Engineers. • Coordinate with Sales Engineers on customer requirements and project updates. • Prepare price comparison sheets and commercial summaries. • Create and process sales orders in the ERP system. • Update and maintain the Project Status Report (PSR) in the ERP system. • Verify pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and payment terms before order processing. • Coordinate with the Warehouse and Procurement teams for timely order execution. • Maintain accurate customer, project, and order records in the ERP system. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and documentation. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability and smooth order processing. • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required. • Coordinate with the Technical Team for technical submittals, product datasheets, material approval documents, and compliance documents. • Maintain project documentation and approval status for assigned sales accounts. • Keep quotation, project, submittal, and customer order reports up to date for weekly sales meetings. • Perform other duties assigned by management to support sales and project activities. • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field. • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Administration. • Experience in HVAC, Building Insulation, Construction Materials, MEP, or Manufacturing industries preferred. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Experience in preparing quotations and tender documentation. • Knowledge of project sales processes.
