Job description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. • Drive growth in vehicle sales, accessories, and related services. • Identify business opportunities within the Oman market and establish relationships with corporate and retail customers. • Monitor sales activities and market trends to maximize business opportunities. • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend business improvement initiatives. Branch Operations Management • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. • Manage inventory levels for vehicles, spare parts, and accessories. • Monitor branch expenditures and optimize operational costs. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and local business regulations in Oman. Team Management • Lead and supervise sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and administrative staff. • Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance. • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans. • Maintain a high-performance and customer-focused work environment. Customer Relationship Management • Ensure excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction. • Handle customer complaints and resolve escalated issues professionally. • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities • Monitor branch profitability and financial performance. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and branch reports. • Ensure effective collection processes and financial control measures. • Submit periodic performance reports to senior management. Compliance & Administration • Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws, company policies, and safety standards. • Maintain accurate branch documentation and records. Monitor adherence to quality standards and audit requirements. Graduate required; MBA or equivalent preferred • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the automobile industry with at least 3 years in a managerial role. a) ERP system proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) GCC/Oman automobile industry experience preferred. English (Essential) , local language (desirable)
