Sales Associate

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Maintain excellent product knowledge. • Handle product displays, replenishment, and stock arrangement. • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation. • Support billing, cash handling, and other store operations when required. • Assist with stock receiving, counting, and inventory activities. • Handle customer questions and complaints professionally. • Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. • Work effectively as part of a team. • Sri Lankan nationality only. • Age: 20–30 years. • Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply . • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. • Customer-focused and confident when dealing with customers. • Presentable, energetic, and well-mannered. • Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required. • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Must already have a certified Sri Lankan Police Clearance Certificate. • Candidates must clearly mention “Sri Lankan Police Clearance Certificate – Available” in their CV when applying.
