Sales Assistant

• Assist customers by providing detailed product information and addressing their queries to enhance their shopping experience. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless checkout process. • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking shelves and arranging displays to highlight promotions. • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and drive sales initiatives through effective communication and teamwork. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications are a plus. • 1-2 years of experience in retail or sales environments, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets. • Familiarity with sales software and POS systems, showcasing technical acumen in handling transactions. • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred to cater to diverse customer bases.
