Job Vacancy: Sales \& Marketing Specialist – Oman **Location:** Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Industry:** Education / Study Abroad **Company:** United Placement Services (UPS) About the Role United Placement Services is looking for a **talented, energetic, and results\-driven Sales \& Marketing Specialist** to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the **study abroad and international education market**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attract and convert students interested in studying overseas. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to recruit students from Oman. * Promote international universities, colleges, and study\-abroad programs. * Generate leads through schools, social media, educational events, exhibitions, and direct marketing. * Build relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational organizations. * Counsel students regarding university selection, admissions, scholarships, and study\-abroad opportunities. * Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into applications. * Organize and participate in education fairs, school visits, seminars, and university events. * Develop partnerships with schools, local organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. * Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales performance. * Meet monthly and annual student recruitment targets. Requirements * **Bilingual in Arabic and English – mandatory.** * Previous experience in **sales, marketing, student recruitment, education consultancy, or study abroad services**. * Strong knowledge of the international education market and overseas university admissions. * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong sales and lead\-conversion abilities. * Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing. * Existing connections with schools, students, parents, or educational organizations in Oman would be an advantage. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, professional, and able to work independently. * Knowledge of universities and study destinations in **Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and/or Asia** is highly desirable.
