This opportunity is specially designed for **Omani fresh graduates** who are looking to begin their career in sales and retail. No previous work experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products * Learn and maintain good knowledge of our products, collections, and promotions * Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets * Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good shopping experience * Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information * Assist with product presentation, arrangement, and replenishment * Support daily store activities and maintain a clean and organized sales environment * Assist with customer orders and coordinate with relevant team members * Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the supervisor * Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events * Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations * Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards Requirements * **Omani National** * **Fresh graduate** with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree * Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, confident, and professional personality * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Customer\-focused and interested in developing a career in sales * Ability to work as part of a team * Responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned responsibilities * Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and during busy seasonal periods when required * Previous experience is Advantage.
