Room Attendant

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas in accordance with hotel cleanliness standards. • Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and room supplies. • Ensure all guest rooms are well-presented, hygienic, and ready for occupancy. • Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found articles promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. • Follow hotel procedures for handling guest belongings, room access, and guest requests. • Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. • Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Office team regarding room status and special guest requirements. • Adhere to hotel policies, health and safety standards, and personal grooming requirements. • Complete assigned room cleaning schedules within the required timelines. • Maintain guest confidentiality and deliver courteous, professional service at all times. • Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role in a hotel is preferred. • Basic understanding of hotel housekeeping standards and guest room cleaning procedures. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. • Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. • Positive attitude, teamwork, and a guest-focused approach. • Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, and lifting as required. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Candidates with a hospitality or housekeeping background are preferred.
