Clean and service guestrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort Maintain compliance with Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA requirements in every assigned task Replenish guest amenities, linens, and room supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost-and-found items promptly Respond professionally to guest requests and assist with service recovery when required Maintain the security, confidentiality, and proper handling of guest rooms, keys, and personal belongings You have experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through cleanliness and attention to detail You have knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling practices You are organized, reliable, and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment You work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team You communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage
