Retail Store Manager

Job Summary: A Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, driving sales and profitability, managing employees, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring company policies and operational standards are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees. Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to improve results. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, receiving, transfers, and product displays. Monitor cash handling, daily sales transactions, and store financial procedures. Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and merchandising strategies. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, security, and visual merchandising standards. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and head\-office departments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports. Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and retail regulations. Identify opportunities to improve store operations, customer experience, and profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in retail management, store operations, or sales supervision. Strong knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. Ability to analyze sales and operational reports. Strong customer\-service and conflict\-resolution abilities. Willingness to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
