Retail Sales Associate

**Role Overview** Retail Sales Associates are responsible to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and assisting shoppers in finding items that meet their needs, creating a welcoming and helpful environment. * Operating the point\-of\-sale (POS) system, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and promoting current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive revenue. * Receiving stocks, restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or discrepancies to management. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, arranging displays, and ensuring products are presented according to company standards. * Monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following store security policies. * Working with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment. **Startup Expectations (Very Important)** * Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision **Qualifications \& Experience** * Associate's degree or Diploma * Good communication and customer service skills * Excellent selling skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid work permit in Kuwait under article 18 (transferable)? * Are you female?
