Retail Agent

**Job Title: Retail Agent** Location : Can be positioned in any Service point (Salmiya/ Sharq/Ardiya/Al Rai) Timings : 48 hours per week, 1 off day per week * Assist walk\-in customers with shipment delivery, and logistics service inquiries. * Explain company services, pricing, delivery timelines, required documents, and shipment conditions. * Receive customer shipments and verify package details, weight, dimensions, destination, and documentation. * Create shipment bookings accurately in the system and issue receipts, labels, and tracking details. * Handle cash, card, and online payments while maintaining accurate daily transaction records. * Follow packaging, labelling, customs, and restricted\-item procedures before accepting shipments. * Track customer shipments and provide updates on delivery status, delays, returns, or failed delivery attempts. * Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with operations, customer service, and delivery teams to resolve issues. * Maintain the retail counter, shipment area, forms, supplies, and promotional materials in an organized condition. * Meet daily and monthly targets for sales, shipment bookings, customer satisfaction, and service quality. **Requirements:** * Diploma/ Bachelor degree in any field * Previous 2\-3 years' experience in retail, customer service, courier, or logistics required * Good communication skills in English and Arabic * Cash handling experience * Strong attention to detail and customer service skills. * Driver’s license preferred. * Valid transferrable visa required Work Location: In person
