Retail Operations Director **Primiero Bike** **Location:** Beirut Street, Hawalli, Al Asimah, Kuwait **Salary:** **KWD 1,600 per month** Job Overview Primiero Bike is seeking an experienced and strategic **Retail Operations Director** to lead and optimize the performance of our retail operations in Hawalli, Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee day\-to\-day retail activities, develop operational strategies, enhance customer experience, and drive sales performance while ensuring operational excellence across all store functions. This leadership role is ideal for a results\-oriented professional with a strong background in retail management and team leadership. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement retail operational strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service objectives. * Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customer experiences. * Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and retail teams to achieve operational excellence. * Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs, implementing improvement initiatives where necessary. * Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, procurement, and finance teams to support business goals. * Manage operational budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail industry standards. * Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention programs. * Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. * Lead store expansion, operational improvement, and process optimization initiatives. * Prepare operational reports and present business performance updates to executive management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven experience managing multi\-store or large\-scale retail operations. * Strong knowledge of retail performance management, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. * Proficiency in retail management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused retail environment.
