Retail Coordinator

Job Summary: The Retail Coordinator is responsible for supporting the product and store operation teams by undertaking various tasks and responsibilities related to product management, vendor relations, generating reports, and other related administrative tasks that ensure smooth operational continuity and facilitate the growth of the retail sales channel. Key Responsibilities:  Handle initial product life cycle. (Creation, validation, activation).  Coordinate initial stock allocation on arrival.  Handle promotions execution and performance tracking.  Handle 3 rd party apps \& websites product listing, visibility \& sales tracking.  Conduct routine price benchmarking.  Coordinate supplies and material requests between showrooms \& HQ, ensure timely supply and handle purchasing processes.  Perform routine data\-cleanup related to product/brand/customers and any other relevant data aspect.  Prepare various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to sales, inventory, promotions, or other reports as instructed.  Perform any other related duties as assigned by upper management. Skills \& Competencies:  Skilled MS\-Excel user. Extracting and analyzing data is second nature.  Has reasonable understanding of retail \& e\-commerce concepts (inventory, pricing…etc).  Multi\-tasker, able to withstand influx of requests and prioritize execution.  Has strong attention to detail and able maintain accurate data output.  Ability to coordinate with multiple showrooms, vendors, and internal departments.  Self\-motivator. Has a get\-it\-done attitude.  Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities. Candidate requirements:  Age 21\~35 years \- **Female Only**  1\-3 years of experience in a related field.  Diploma – Bachelor degree in a related field.  Language: English fluency.
